Welcome to Bench Strength, an innovative community for Entrepreneurs and Independent Consultants.  We provide a network for solo-preneurs and Independent Consultants to share experiences, collaborate on projects, offer resources to get things done efficiently and provide a business/social structure.

The focus of Bench Strength is:

• Community: promoting collaboration and offering a co-working environment.
• Consulting: staffing services for contract assignments in strategy, marketing, public relations, sustainability and many other professional areas.
• Coaching: workshops, networking groups, assessments and coaching opportunities to help the network be more successful.

Most of the Independent Consultants in our network have over 10 years of relevant experience and a Master's degree.  The Bench Strength community is a win-win for both the Independent Consultants trying to grow their business and for corporate clients that need to hire professional contractors to help them fill employment gaps.
